ASSOCIATION ("BREIA")IS ORGANIZED FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND OPERATES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, THE ADIRONDACK LAND TRUST, INC., AND ONE OR MORE SUCH ORGANIZATIONS WHICH OPERATE PRIMARILY TO CONSERVE, MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE THE SCENIC, HISTORICAL, WILDERNESS, WILDLIFE, OPEN SPACE AND OUTDOOR RECREATION VALUES OF THE ADIRONDACK AND TUG HILL AREAS.

YOUTH

To promote the social welfare of the community, to assist disabled and needy war veterans, and members of the USAF and their dependents, to carry on programs to perpetuate the memory of deceased veterans and members of the USAF, to sponsor or participate in activities of a patriotic nature, and to provide social and recreational activities for its members.

TO ENGAGE, FOSTER, DEVELOP, SUPPORT AND ASSIST IN THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH BASKETBALL PROGRAMS FOR THE CHILDREN IN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES AND TO ASSIST IN THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND FINANCING THE PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE BASKETBALL SKILLS OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA.

The Organization unite in a the bound fraternal benevolence and charity. This is accomplished through the year round schedule social and recreational activities for the members.

The organizations mission is to promote the sport of salt water angling, to foster good sportsmanship cooperation amongst members like-minded organizations to encourage conservation of salt water game species their habitat

TO PROVIDE BOYS AND GIRLS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVOLVED WITH ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL. TO TEACH THEM THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF BASEBALL OR SOFTBALL IN A MANNER THAT IS INSTRUCTIONAL, SAFE AND TEAM ORIENTED.

THE UNITES ITS MEMBERS IN THE BONDS FRATERNITY, BENEVOLENCE AND CHARITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH YEAR ROUND SCHEDULE SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. FUNDS ARE DONATED TO LOCAL CHILDRENS SPORTING AND SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS.

PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR AREA RESIDENTS INCLUDING OVER 400 PARTICIPANTS FROM AGES 5 TO 18.

YOUTH ORGANIZATION

OPERATE YOUTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL LEAGUES

TO PROVIDE YEAR-ROUND SPORTS TRAINING AND ATHLETIC COMPETITION IN A VARIETY OF OLYMPIC-TYPE SPORTS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES, GIVING THEM CONTINUING OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP PHYSICAL FITNESS, DEMONSTRATE COURAGE, EXPERIENCE JOY AND PARTICIPATE IN SHARING GIFTS, SKILLS AND FRIENDSHIP WITH THEIR FAMILIES, OTHER ATHLETES AND THE COMMUNITY.

TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES VIA DIRECT SOLICITATION, COMMUNITY FAIRS, MUSIC FESTIVALS, FLEA MARKETS AND OTHER FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES AND THEN DONATE THE PROCEEDS TO IN , CT AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.

IS A MULTI-YEAR PROGRAM AIMED TO IMPROVE AND OUTCOMES FOR PARTICIPATING ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON STRUCTURED AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING AND PARENT ENGAGMENT. THIS INITIATIVE AIMS TO CAUSE MEASURABLE REDUCTION OF DISPARITIES PUBLIC SCHOOL SUCCESS, THEREBY IMPACTING KEY CAUSES OF THE ACHIEVEMENT GAP. AS PARTICIPANTS THE PROGRAM, EACH WILL RECEIVE DIRECT WRAP-AROUND SERVICES AND ACADEMIC SUPPORT OVER THE COURSE OF A FULL ACADEMIC YEAR FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS. DURING THEIR TIME THE PROGRAM, STUDENTS WILL BEGIN THEIR AFTERNOON WITH A HEALTHY SNACK BEFORE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS AND THEIR SKILLED AIDS PROVIDE AN EVIDENCE-BASED CURRICULUM DESIGNED TO IMPACT COGNITIVE, SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT.

TO EDUCATE YOUNG ADULTS IN CITIZENSHIP, TEAMWORK, AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP THROUGH ORGANIZED SWIMMING ACTIVITY. ADDITIONALLY, TO TEACH SKILLS OF SWIMMING TO THE PUBLIC AND TO CREATE AN AFFINITY FOR SWIMMING AS EXERCISE AND RECREATION.

Established for parents and guardians to donate time to raise funds for the purpose of 1) awarding scholarships to qualifying HSHS student applicants; 2) providing supplemental funding to HSHS clubs and sports teams; and 3) assisting HSHS with supplies and R and M not covered by the budget.

To provide funding and support for the baseball and softball programs at Albertus Magnus High School.
